In this episode, Holly Bertone shares the incredible journey she has been on for the past 10 years. Holly was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and then Hashimoto's just 1 year later. Out of those diagnoses, a gift for the world emerged. Holly became a wellness warrior, writing, teaching, and speaking about natural and holistic ways of living, and sharing how gratitude can build fortitude. Holly is also an advocate for those with Autoimmune disease in the workplace. It is clear that Holly is on a mission to make the world a better place and we are so grateful she was able to share her wisdom and knowledge on the show.
