She’s giving us help to find awareness of what we need to tune up to be able to change emotional eating behavior.
Lisa Goldberg is a nutritionist and weight-loss coach with a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She is an author, Certified Nutrition Specialist, a Certified Dietician/Nutritionist, and certified in Adult Weight Management by the American Dietetic Association. Lisa has been coaching clients for over 20 years.
