Another Fu*king Coach…geez!
I didn’t set out to become a Coach. I was on track to be a successful Psychologist, helping women get clear from the effects of childhood abuse. What a noble pursuit right? Wrong! It was just my attempt to focus so much on others that I needn’t dig any deeper into my own darkness.
Enter Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in the shape of a key to my undoing and ultimately my truth. Since finding freedom through NLP and Time Line Therapy, I have gone on to create The Female Coaching Academy alongside my business partner Anna TeRaki. In less than 12 months we have changed lives of many women, including our own, with contracts of US $250K.
I continue to focus on mindset coaching, utilizing all my NLP skills along with some extras in the toolbox gathered from psychology, reiki, Aurasoma, and hypnotherapy. And although our business attracts female coaches, my work continues to heal the childhood trauma that holds so many back from achieving their dreams.
I live in sunny North Queensland, Australia, with my husband Anthony and our nearly 4-year-old son Harrison. My 23yo daughter Emily and her partner love to travel the world, however Covid has seen them work their butts off to save a nice big travel fund ready to initiate when safe. My 26yo daughter Jessica is currently in NSW attending medical school after working as a mental health nurse…hey, at least she’ll be able to look after me right!
I am passionate about message and my story. I’ve been a victim many times, and refuse to live my life based on the victim default setting assigned to me. I can and will design the life I choose – just watch me.
