Emily also shares how she went from being a Broadway star to international speaker and author on meditation. Bio: Emily Fletcher is the founder of Ziva Meditation, teacher of over 40,000 students and mom to her 2yo son Jasper. She is an international speaker and author. Her best-selling book, Stress Less, Accomplish More, debuted at #7 out of all books on Amazon and has been translated into 12 languages. She has spent the past two years working with folks from Sesame St and Harvard to create zivaKIDS, the world’s most fun meditation training to help kids thrive.
